Holly Grove City Hall has a new location. The office has moved from its former location near the post office to the old Bank of Holly Grove building. The building was renovated with funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Dvelopment and the Department of Arkansas Heritage Arkansas Historic Preservation Program. Architect for the project was Bob Beavers. Contractor was Hurd Construction and Painting Inc.
