Hello,

My name is Elvis Johnson III.  I am a firefighter in Detroit, MI.  My family on my grand parents side are from Monroe Co. AR.  Particulary from Holly Grove. 

I am the grandson of Viola Rynes (born 1914?), and Elvis Johnson Sr. (born 1908).  I visited there a few years ago with my father, and met my cousin Lloyd Rynes; whom I belive passed away recently.

The reunion was given on a "homecoming day there", and it was held at the elementary school. 

If you can help me find my family, I would greatly appreciate it.  I found, and met members of my family that I could see resemblences, and I would like to stay in touch - even return to visit.

Even though I have only met them once.  I truely felt loved, and I would like to bring my father down there one more time while his health will allow it.
