Oddly enough, after posting this information last night, it was in the paper today that Leroy Adams died day before yesterday. I will post his obituary information in the "Holly Grove News & Info" section of this site. Elizabeth Adams of Holly Grove is listed as his wife.

My dad, Don Dearing, still lives in Holly Grove. I asked him if he knew of a Marie Evans. Here is his email back to me:
"I talked to Ethel Rae Chism about this and she said that there was a Marie Evans who was married to Joe Evans and they had a lumber yard in Clarendon but they lived on East Lake. Ethel Rae said she thought their daughter is married to Leroy Adams and lives North of town now. She couldn't remember her name. She did not know Marie and Joe's status now."
Would like info on Marie Evans. Lived in Holly Grove 1983. Don't know if she moved or died. Apparently lived there several years before 1983. Any info appreciated.
