BRINKLEY Carl Geisler, age 83, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. A son of the late E.W. and Lillie Geisler, Carl was born in De Valls Bluff, Arkansas, on March 26, 1926. He was a retired farmer and a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in Brinkley.
He is survived by; his wife of 60 years, Faye Geisler; four sons, Dennis (Jackie) Geisler, Bubba (Terry) Geisler, Ronnie and Donnie Geisler; three daughters, Sissy Fuller, Brenda Lisko, Linda (Danny) Reike; three sisters, Virginia (Derward) Byrd, Wanda (Olin) Fischer, Shirley (Keith) Bennett; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by; his parents and two sisters, Louise Conrad and Betty Rose Nash.
The family will gather at the Funeral Home, 5-7 p.m., Friday for visitation. Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Brinkley with burial in Oaklawn Cemetery by Bob Neal & Sons Funeral Home of Brinkley. Guestbook www.bobnealandsons.com.
