Louise Calloway Self, 77, of Holly Grove, died Friday, Jan. 27, 2006.
She was born in Holly Grove Jan. 20, 1929, to Noah and Minnie Dyer Calloway. She lived her whole life in Holly Grove and attended the Believer's Fellowship Church there.
Louise was married 52 yeas to her husband, Obed Earl Self.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Minnie Dyer Calloway; husband, Obed Earl Self; two brothers, J.B. "Bo" Calloway and Wilbur "Bear" Calloway; three sisters, Geneva Calloway, Pauline Calloway and Bessie "Sally" Calloway Phillips; and a niece.
Survivors are two sisters, Lorene Calloway Breeding and husband, Jake, of Clarendon, and Bobbie Jean Calloway Helms of Holly Grove, and nine nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Sunday, Jan. 29, at Believer's Fellowship Church of Holly Grove with the Rev. Jerry Hopper officiating. Arrangements were by Brown Funeral Home of Clarendon.
