Hello all,

My name is Buddy and my Wife and I are considering settling down in Holly Grove when I retire from the military in June of 2007.  We both love to fish and are considering property on Maddox Bay.  I just have a couple of questions:

Does Maddox Bay flood?  My parents own a cabin on Indian Bay and I know it's prone to high water.

What about jobs?  I've paid off most of my bills so I won't need much in the line of work but I would like to. 

Any information to potential new comers would greatly be appreciated.
