Frances Self Innerbichler died Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, in Whittier, California, at the age of 77. Frances, known as "Frankie" by her family, was born Sept. 11, 1928, in Palmer, Arkansas, to Allison L. Self and Minnie V. Fitzgerlad Self.
She attended school at Holly Grove. After graduation from high school, she attended Chillecothe Business College in Missouri. It was there that she met and married a young man named Albert Innerbichler of Madrid, New Mexico.
In her later years she was diagnosed with cancer and fought it with strength and faith until it went into remission for close to seven years and then it returned.
She is survived by her husband, Albert Innerbichler; her siblings, Mary Alice (Self) Bingham, Norman Self and Connie (Self) Beard; her children, David Innerbichler and wife, Laura; Brian Innerbichler; Perry Innerbichler; Marcia Innerbichler Fowler and husband, Patrick; Roger Innerbichler and wife, Elizabeth; Mona Frances Innerbichler Bernard and husband Steven; and Jamie Innerbichler and wife, Cheryl. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 15, in Santa Fe Springs, California.
