Holly Grove Spring Festival
(Preview)
Does anyone have any memories of the Holly Grove Spring Festival? I found a news clipping that announced the "fourth annual" Spring Festival in June 1981 -- so I guess that would make the first one in 1978. It was an event sponsored by the Holly Grove Improvement Association and helped fund...

Flooding? I hope not...
(Preview)
Just checking in to say hi to everyone. Hope the flood waters aren't getting too bad for everyone. I know at my mom's place (maddox bay landing), it's higher than I have ever seen. I was told that in '73, I think, the water was so high it was in the downstairs part of our old home (at the end of the Hwy). Go...
